Tracy Melinda Clifford, born on August 22, 1984, in Decatur, Illinois, embarked on her final journey on October 17, 2024, in Evansville, Indiana, surrounded by her loving family. Tracy was a beacon of light in the lives of many, and her warmth, compassion, and infectious spirit will be profoundly missed.
An accomplished pharmacy technician, Tracy dedicated herself to her work with passion and diligence, always striving to provide the very best care to those around her. But it was not just her professional endeavors that defined her; Tracy was also a devoted mother whose children—Aaliyah Richardson, Gaige Clifford, Alliyanah Richardson, and Nevaeh Richardson—were her pride and joy. They brought her immeasurable happiness, and she cherished every moment spent with them, lovingly nurturing their dreams and aspirations.
Tracy had a remarkable talent for engaging with the world around her. She found joy in the simplest of things, such as raising rabbits and chickens and cultivating a love for animals that she eagerly shared with her family. Her involvement in 4H not only exemplified her dedication to teaching her children the value of hard work and responsibility but also highlighted her commitment to enriching her community.
Family was the cornerstone of Tracy's life, and the bonds she formed were sacred to her. She is survived by her beloved husband, Tim Clifford, who was her partner in every adventure. Tracy’s father, John Mays, supported her with unwavering love throughout her life alongside children, Aaliyah Richardson, Gaige Clifford, Alliyanah Richardson, and Nevaeh Richardson Her siblings—Chris (Shiree) Dunn, Tyler Mays, Steven Dunn, James Dunn, and Shawna (Felix) Martin—shared countless memories with her, each one a testament to the strength of their family connection.
While her heartbeats were taken too soon, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Penny Sue (Allison) Mays & father-in-law Clarence Clifford.
As we reflect on the life of Tracy Melinda Clifford, we celebrate her vibrant spirit, her unwavering commitment to her family, and the boundless love that she shared generously with all.
