Patricia M. “Patty” Devous, age 66, passed on this life peacefully at her home on January 2, 2021. Patty as most knew her was born in Eldorado on January 26, 1954 to the late Charlie and Martha (Siebert) Kuhn.
On February 26, 1972 she married the love of her life, Bill Devous. Patty was a faithful member of the of St. Kateri Catholic Church, her faith was an important part of her daily life. She loved the outdoors, horses, quilting, and really enjoyed her social times with her friends. Her true love though was her family. Patty will be remembered as a good wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Patty is survived by her husband, Bill Devous of Ridgway, son, Father Phillip Devous of Flemingsburg, KY, a daughter, Laura Devous of Ridgway, grandchildren, Carli Devous and Elliot, and Houston. A son in law Danny Page of Shawneetown, 3 sisters, Karla Kuhn, GinnieKuhn, and Michelle Gaines. She was preceded by her Daughter Rachel Page and a brother Bill Kuhn.
Visitation for Patty will be on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in Ridgway from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral mass will follow at the St. Kateri Catholic Church in Ridgway starting at 12 Noon. Her son Fr. Phillip Devous will celebrate mass. A graveside service for Patty will be on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Ridgway at 10:00 AM.
