Lillian Farler

Lillian Lee Farler, age 75, of Junction, IL passed on this life August 24, 2021 at the Hardin County General Hospital in Rosiclare, IL after an extended illness.  Lillian was born in Cumberland, KY on August 22, 1946 to the late Felix and Virgie (Mills) Combs.   She was married to Jim Farler who preceded her in death in 1993.

Lillian was always helping other people, a hard worker, and a very proud person.  She loved to Crochet, Quilt, be outdoors, especially gardening.  Lillian really enjoyed her family and always loved to be with them.  Her contagious smile and gently spirit will always be remembered.

Lillian is survived by her sons, Carl (Mary) Farler of Equality, IL, George (Ina) Farler of Mt. Carmel, IL and Johnny (Eva) Farler of Cave In Rock, IL.  A daughter, Donna Sue (the late Jim) Austin of Prattville, AL.  2 Brothers, Jimmy Combs and Woodrow Combs.  2 Sisters, Barbara McKnight and Gladys Cox.  11 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by, Brothers, Merle, Gene, Felix, George, Owen, Harold and Terry Combs

Visitation for Lillian will be on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in Ridgway from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.  A graveside service will follow at the Leamington Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Rev. Harold Miller officiating.
