Jonathan Barton

Jonathan W. Barton, age 24, of Sturgis but formerly of Shawneetown, IL passed on this life unexpectedly on September 18, 2021 in Sturgis, KY.  Jonathan was born in Evansville IN on November 3, 1996 to Tim Barton and Lisa (Aurty).  He was a protestant by faith and had attended in church in Dekovan, Ky.

Jonathan loved the outdoors especially Hunting and Fishing.  He enjoyed his friends and family and will always be remembered for his smile.  He had been working at Liberty Tire in Sturgis.

Jonathan is survived by his father, Tim Barton, his mother Lisa (Aurty) along with 2 sisters, Alicia Barton and Felecia Barton and 1 brother, Timothy Barton.

Services for Jonathan will be private.
